How to Calculate Plate Weight
The weight of a plate can be calculated using the formula:
Weight = Volume × Density
For Rectangular Plates:
Volume = Length × Width × Thickness
For Circular Plates:
Volume = π × (Diameter/2)² × Thickness
Once you have the volume, multiply it by the material density to get the weight. For multiple plates, multiply the single plate weight by the quantity.
