How It Works

This Pomodoro timer is designed to help you stay focused, highly integrated with the Pomodoro Technique.

The Pomodoro cycle alternates between focused work sessions and breaks. Work for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. After each cycle of four Pomodoros, the app automatically switches to a longer 15- or 20-minute break.

25m work + 5m break → 25m work + 5m break → 25m work + 5m break → 25m work + 15m/20m break
